  1. Lake Toba-Indonesia

This Lake is a green lake with its variable depth, and it is made in the crater. The Lake usually turns from light green to grey, pink or red, and which colour it turns depends on the the gas released by volcanic activities.

It is the third-highest pool at the height of 6216m over sea level. The source of water in the pool is unclear, but some people believe subsurface aquifer is the motives behind it. It is connected to Mount Everest and can be seen in topological maps, was examined by George Mallory.
