The world is full of wonders and while many of us fantasy watching horror movies or stories there are places which has displayed the real presence of ghosts and is reputed for being truly haunted. With legends coming down from the history these places have been a house of mysteries. They have stories unheard and have seen things which will forever remain a secret untold and unknown to us.
I have always fantasized visiting a few of these while have already visited some and I tell you whether you experience something or not you are definitely going down the memory lane and getting a good history lesson. Let us check out some of the most Haunted Places around the world.

Bhangarh Fort, India

Starting with the one I have experienced myself, amidst the deserts or Rajasthan is located the fort which is said to be cursed by a magician on being rejected by the princess Ratnavati. As per the legend it is said the fort can be lifted from curse only once the princess of Bhangarh is reborn and visits the fort. Talking about my experience, I have been to many forts in Rajasthan and I have simply been a fan of cities in Rajasthan but talking about this one there is something spooky that you can feel. The temperate would seem below the normal, although I did not see any real ghost but there is a sense of unhappiness and you can feel it. The fort closes before the sunset and as said there has not been any survivor who tried to stay within the fort premises after sunset. This is truly one of the must visit on your trip to Rajasthan and indeed one of the most Haunted places around the world.

Raynham Hall, England

Located in Norfolk, England the Raynham Hall is said to be haunted by the Brown lady. The gorgeous country definitely has some dark past unheard as well. As the history states the Brown Lady is the ghost of Lady Dorothy Walpole the first Prime Minister of Britain, who was locked by her husband on being caught for adultery in the Raynham Hall. She remained there until her death and the place is now believed to be haunted by her Ghost.

Ancient Ram Inn, Wotton-under-Edge, England

Another horror story comes from the beautiful city of England, The ancient Ram inn, is said to be one of the most haunted hotels in the country. As is known the place is haunted by more than 20 ghosts and have been visited by many paranormal activists to verify the sayings. There have also been stories of guests jumping out of windows from this bread and breakfast. It is believed to be built on an ancient burial ground and also a place for sacrificing child and worshiping devil.

Myrtles Plantation, St. Francisville, Louisiana

The Myrtles Plantation is believed to be one of the spookiest places in America and is said to be a home of 12 ghosts. It is believed to be built over a native burial ground and there are many legends going around the place.

The Stanley Hotel, Estes Park, Colorado

Although believed to be a haunted house but the ghost is believed to be a friendly one who is the keeper of the light house. So if you are looking to experience meeting a ghost this place is best to visit as the visitors have reported the keeper to be a friendly ghost.
